Parties in for "win-win" situation: Sapkota

KATHMANDU, DEC 16 - UCPN (Maoist) Spokesperson Agni Sapkota on Sunday said that the possibility of a "win-win" agreement has increased.

Addressing a press conference at party headquarters in Paris Danda in the Capital, Sapkota said that possibility of a package-agreement, which could create a "win-win" situation for both the sides, has increased. "The situation is very positive. There is a possibility of agreement soon," said Sapkota.

Sapkota further said that consensus seems likely as leaders of CPN-UML and Nepali Congress (NC) are also looking to be flexible for the same. "Consensus would be forged so as to ensure election within May. The political leaders look positive to end the deadlock," said Sapkota.

Sapkota also said that a, NC-led government would be acceptable, if the parties can conjure a package-agreement.
